I fuel the car one mile from the airport, and drop a car off at Nashville at 7am, nobody there so I do what they say and note my mileage etc...
A few days later the bill shows up on hertz.com with this little gem:

Nobody to talk to at Hertz without a 30 minute wait (is there a dedicated Pres.Circle phone number? I never got a card), so I send an email, and get this lovely reply:

customer service representative. Please allow nine business days before initiating further contact regarding this matter. (emphasis mine)
We appreciate your business and hope we will have the opportunity to serve
you in the future.

As a President's Circle member, is this the best customer service that Hertz can offer? Is there some better way for me to get an answer and resolution?
When you say Nashville, I'm assuming BNA?
Did you keep your gas receipt?
