whenever you try a complex itinerary which isn't A-B-A etc (such as round the worlds and airpasses) the booking needs to be sent to be manually quoted by a fares team...unfortunatley this takes ages (its much better than it used to be honest!) but it should come back normally 4-5 days ish. I did a rtw booking the other day and it only took 48 hours! I was amazed! A bit of further patience and you should have it back soon...!
