It's not a problem with meals because the food out of BOM is so bad, even in F, so you just have a few drinks in the lounge, a few glasses of champagne when you get on board and you then watch a film/read/go to sleep.

Wake up an hour before LHR and have a nice breakfast. I love the BA138 it's one of my favourite flights and I catch it once or twice a month. It's much better than taking the 777 BA198 flight IMHO.
