The lift tickets are a total scam. They haven't been there in almost a year (at least)--about the same time the higher value HHonors awards disappeared. My email exchanges went for naught, and I lost about "$100" in e-rewards due to these changes and the surprisingly-enforced expiration policy that hadn't been enforced for the previous two years.

I did discover how to get higher value surveys--after I lost my previous management job at a well-known technology company and started my own, and updated my profile to indicate I was the "decision maker" for a wide variety of corporate purchasing, the surveys began arriving.
