I recently didnt get 64A on my JFK-LHR flight on Wednesday night, despite being seq001 and being on OLCI and hitting refresh every few seconds at T-24 until it became available. I'm guessing because someone travelling with an infant had already pre-assigned it. Saying that, if you dont get that, or dont get on the u/d, its not the end of the world - there are lots of other decent seats on board. I can recommend 14A in fact - if you're on a high-j 747 - the smaller foraward Clube World cabin was perfectly pleasant, and i actually found it a bit cooler to sleep in on the overnight flight - last time i'd been on the u/d it was roasting. That said, i seraiously missed the side bins for storage, but it was made up for by a very emtpy flight. At OLCI, the u/d was showing 19 out of the 20 seats occupied, forward main deck was 8 seats out of 18, and rear main deck was only 4 seats out of 22, so service in the forward cabin was really pretty spot-on.

Good luck though - 64A is a fab seat if you can get it - i was lucky enough to have it both ways last april when i last flew CW.
