I had it at the Hilton in Bangkok, it really was incredible. So soft, a rib eye, paid around $200 for 7oz (crikey what a price), but so worth it. I could cut through it with the blunt side of a butter knife, and although Matsuzaka is supposed to be more heavily marbled then Kobe, this particular rib eye was quite free of any marbling, they cut it just right.

Best steak I ever had.
