Actually, there is a Freddie Award for Best Award Redemption. Among North American airlines it was won by Southwest followed by Alaska and Aeromexico. (America West was 4th). Continental has never won this award.

Continental did not win a single Freddie Award in 2003.

Its last win for Program of the Year was in 2000. That's a long time ago...
