On reading this thread, People's, PCCW and CSL are the options that most of the people are recommending.

I am travelling from Mumbai to HKG and would be staying there for approx 5 days. I am looking to buy a prepaid SIM card and would be using it mainly to call and send SMS to family back in India. Now, I checked the free-IDD cards offered by People's (China Mobile)

Unfortunately, India does not figure in the list of 30 countries for free IDD calls. Any idea what are the IDD rates to South Asian countries in general (or India in particular) from HKG?
