If price is your concern, and comfort, but not space, they might be the best bet. Now, off you go and search for it yourself.
Yotel (by the people who bring you YoSushi) is based inside terminal 4 itself, close to the Wetherspoons bar. Supposedly comfortable, but small capsules, it'd be the Hilton for me every time when travelling from T4 - I like the breakfast
So to get to the Yotel from T3 would be the same as the Hilton - take the free Heathrow Connect train.
