Check out the Alaska forum, they seem happier than the AC folks.


I'd considered Alaska for a while because it would suit a lot of my needs and I like their serivce, but because I also like to use miles for upgrades on international fares, and you can't use Alaska miles for that (e.g., on BA or AA), I opted against it.
