They turn away a handful of confused passengers every morning at the Servisair Desk in the Lounge.
I have to say that now the LHR flight has moved, their isn't exactly a danger of overcrowding if they were to let in C class passengers on the EDI, BRU and GLA.
On a secondary point. It's about time the lounge had a refresh. Its starting to become a long way behind the rest. (except for the toaster which is clearly best practice!).
The magazine collection normally includes 2000 copies of Investor and Franchisee monthly which strangely nobody reads anymore! The two copies of Conde Naste disappear faster than routes from bmi's network. Do bmi know that the KLM passengers pinch all the magazines?
The breville hot sludge that passes for bean to slop coffee and £75 for wifi access isn't what *G passengers really want these days.
Having said all that, its still a haven from Doris and Dave having a pint at 6am before boarding the flight to Alicante.
