Trying to use FFn at PH Chicago. Can't get any room between now and Feb 28. Seems crazy to me as I suspect the hotel is fairly empty. Rates are down to $272 and this place is normally all $400 plus. So it seems they would rather let th rooms go empty then let me use a FFN or even points.

I understand not giving away rooms that they plan on selling, but if the hotel is empty why not.
