The best steak I ever had? The last good one.
^ We ate steak both in Argentina and Australia (two repeat visits to Oz) last year. We were actually more impressed by the Argentine pork than the beef. We greatly enjoyed the steaks we ate, we look forward to return trips, yet for us the steak of choice comes from
U.S.D.A. Prime and
Certified Angus.
It's a definite
à chacun son goût decision.
