I think that you may have access to UA's International First Lounge in IAD Terminal C because you are traveling on a *A International first class itinerary. While it may not be ideal, it is better than the RCC. It is also likely more convenient to your connecting flight which will not leave from Terminal B where LH flight's arrive (and the LH lounge is/will be).
