I do remember the piano bar in an American Airlines 747 flight from New York to San Francisco. But that was in the mid-70's, more than 25 years ago.

I also remember the Pastry Buffet after dinner (in Economy) on a Pan American 747 flight from New York to Munich, also in the mid-70's.
