This post reminds me. I wish DL would bring back the certificates that PMs received 2 years ago. It was nice being able to immediately recognize those that went above and beyond.
I got some of those this past fall. I too really like that practice.
It is also nice to hear someone wants to give kudos and not just complain.
The employees I give them too seem to be very grateful.
