Theres always a cost benefit trade off to saving money on budget carriers, no exception with RyanAir. When i've flown ryanair, I was on an extreme budget and willing to make some pretty big concessions (4 hours on a public bus to get to Hamburg Lubeck, when Blankensee was <30 min from my apartment). I know I would have work all the clothes I expected to use for the weekend and put a barebones nylon duffel in my pocket if it would have saved me money. Don't forget, its all about the destination, if its not worth a couple hours of misery getting there, pony up for a ticket on BA or Lufthansa
