Exactly. When this happens, I log out, close the browser, then try again. Another thing is that sometimes you get an error message if you try to search by "Price," but it works if you search by "Schedule & Price." Go figure.
Oddly, I get the opposite. I try the "Sked and Price" option and it errors out. When I switch the radio button to "Price" only, it works just fine.
Then I save the itinerary and call UA to get the flights fixed to the ones I actually want. Pain in the butt.
