I have a 'user guide' that came with my prepaid account and will check tonight when I get home.

In the meantime, have you tried calling their customer service in HK for this information? They should be open 24/7, they speak English and very good people.

No instructions at home to determine your phone number - now that I think about it, it's different depending on brand of phone, and not related to PCCW.
