Particularly as the only difference between the classes is the food. Due to the 1-2 config there's no convertible seating. All catering on bmi regional is complimentary in both classes.

Although the footnote does specify bmi business and certain third-party lounges only I can imagine a lot of disappointed pax particularly if they've seen that benefit listed. I mean lounge access is one of the main reasons non-status pax would fly business on a shorthaul route.
