Entering the UK having received a Tier 1 Post-Study Work Visa

Hi folks. A bit of an obscure one for those of you who know about UK entry clearance.

My friend has just had his application for a Tier 1 Post-Study Work Visa approved. He is living outside of the UK and received his passport from the British High Commission in his country of residence. In his passport is a nice, shiny and new visa allowing him multiple entries into the UK for two years, and providing him the right to work in any job except for trainee doctorships.

My question is this: is there any chance that he is likely to encounter difficulties when entering the UK for the first time? Should he bring any particular documentation with him, aside from my name and address (as he will be staying with me)?

I assume that everything should be okay, as he's already been given entry clearance. Is there anything special he should do in preparation to enter the UK? Is there any reason he might be turned away at the border?

Many thanks all!
