The listings for MAN as a comparison specifically make mention of business class ticket holders having access. For LBA it does not.

Back when I used to fly out of LBA on bmi, I remember business class passengers with no status on the BRU and CPH flights being denied access to the 'Yaaaaaarkshire Executive Lounge'. YMMV though.
