Yeah, it's totally unacceptable and horrible!

The solution: I have stopped asking them questions! I have always received replies to my questions (mostly via e-mail), but this can take several weeks. BUT, the replies have ALWAYS been total irrelevant to my actual question, without exception. I have given up on FB. Even claming miles are such a f****** hassle. "Dear Sir, we are unable to read your documents". How hard can it be?!

Maybe I have been lucky, but I have never had problems with LH, AY, SK or BD FFP customer service. Yeah, they might be slow too, but they have always managed to give an correct and relevant reply to my question. Last week I had to claim miles with BD due to two TK flights who didn't post to my account. The miles were posted to my account within 5 days! I sent the claim via regular mail from Norway on a Monday, and the miles were posted to my account on Friday. That's efficiency!
