I presume these offer full TPs and miles, would be really odd (and more than a little annoying) if they didn't.
Just as a add on, the 'I' fares to MUC are displayed when one selects the "Lowest (Tier Point earning)" radio button pooin on the booking search page, and if logged in they say "You could earn 80 Tier Points on a round trip" in the information box, so they would seem to be OK, but the confusion continues...
