Head of Marketing sends mails, but own IT does not provide

I would be shocked each Wednesday, if I would be Head of Marketing Switzerland.

Every week, he is sending mails to the customer about the nice things, SWISS offeres. Usually, customers get his mails at 5:08 am. But the customer can not book his nice offeres, nearly every week at least until late morning.

The booking fares are not available, etc etc.

This week, the nice SWISS VALENTINE SPECIALS can not be booked for another hour, about 9 am, I was told by the (normal) reservation hotline. BTW, I called at 6 am and they were surprised. BTW, this offer does not start at 8 am according to e-Mail. It is even published on the SWISS homepage for Switzerland at the first page (not in offer section).
