I recently got an invitation to participate in an EB-ordered survey on how they can improve... Needless to say they got a piece of my mind, but also credit where it is due

Did all EBG-members receive this invitation to participate? And why is SK one of the few companies that do not offer any incentive at all to participate in their surveys??? Other companies will give even small things such as some additional miles for the next flight, a complimentary magazine, luggage-tags - you get the picture.
