The bonus is $50 for ranking in the top 3 in on-time. Likewise, another $50 for being in the top 3 in mishandled bag reports and $50 for being in the top 3 in customer complaints.

The dollar value of the bonus is irrelevant.
It's all about management and employees being on the same page.
