I'm the last one to critize typo's, so if that's what the $500 was forgive me and ignore the rest of this post.

The bonus is $50 for ranking in the top 3 in on-time. Likewise, another $50 for being in the top 3 in mishandled bag reports and $50 for being in the top 3 in customer complaints.
