Changing U Class Award within 24 hour period
HI,

I booked LHR-ORD rt in U a while in advance and I literally checked my booking just now and it appears that the date I set was for tomorrow... If I cannot fly tomorrow, and the option to change the date of the ticket is greyed out (within the 24 hour period), what options do I have re: refund/changes? Can I call BAEC? Or am I basically locked in and will forfeit my miles/tax payments if I dont travel tomorrow?
