Never been too fond of the cubicle in the Gents at GLA, aka The Smoking Room
, thankfully the public toilets outside are passable if a longer visit is required.

Half height doors seems to be standard in most American public conveniences. I've never figured out why, but I find it incredibly disturbing.
I always put it down to their cowboy fixation - I'm sure Hampden Park (football ground in Glasgow) used to have the same swing-style half-height saloon-style doors in the gents many years ago until the stadium was refurbished
