Are you talking about Terminal 2B BA Lounge?
There is a loo, but it's downstairs. If you look towards the back of the lounge with your back to the entrance, there is a door on the left in the 'back' part of the lounge. You go down the stairs and viola! The loos downstairs. They're shared with the other lounge.
Thankfully, it's not too nasty in terms of cleanliness (I don't know about the state of the gentlemen's though), although I'm not too impressed with having to go down the stairs.
