There is an a-club-email-adress as well? Would be nice to get that. Been phoning the hotline again and tried over and over again to submit online my missing points via the given www-site. Being in the publishing industry for more than a decade, I know the several forms of files (tif, eps, psd, gif, png and so on) but none worked: each time I get to the page "an error occured" (in german) and, when transmitting via fax, obviously all my faxes are "unreadable" (reply I get via "no reply"-email some days later). Surprisingly all other folks receiving faxes from my number do not complain. There must be hundreds out there with the some problem. Actually, I am somehow reluctant to book e.g. an a-club-uk-bonus-points offer as I have the certain feeling that I will never be granted the promised points ...
HAVE TO UPDATE THIS!
After trying several times on the german site of a-club I thought about going french (some years of learning french at school and several stays in france per year do finally :-) help) - and gues what? It worked on the french-www-site to get a copy of a hotel bill to aclub. Two hours later my account was updated correctly. Obviously the german language site is not linked in order. I simply cannot believe this! It just fits in the frame ...
And, found out, another nice fact, the a-club-conditions are different in some details in different languages. In the e.g. german version, there is even a comment of the translater left, who mentioned under 7.4.2. "Was ist mit Corporate-Tarifen bei Ibis? In den Schulungen + User guides wurde gesagt, dass es bei Ibis keine Punkte auf Corporaten gibt!" in english something like "what about corporate rates at ibis: we have been told and user guides do tell us that there are no points for corporate rates at ibis". Funny. And to link with a comment on the "worst programm in the world"-thread, better read the french site at first before ordering vouchers (which only seem to be valid in france but not mentioned on the english or german site as well, just for a little "*"). And, do check the conditions of aclub more often, the hotline told me that "Leon de Bruxelles" has left the mouvango-network (and therefore aclub as well). Yes, the conditions have beeen changed, but who is checking these on a weekly basis? Others do send out mails with "these are new to and these are leaving the network" ...
