Yes. I had one call to straighten out my Italy reservation that lasted 1:04, that's one hour 4 minutes. Another call lasted 1hour 29 min. I hanged up the phone at that point. Both times, the rep put me on hold to ask the supervisor. I just thought it was how Marriott operated. It's frustrating but it's hard to hang up.
