55 Minutes on the Phone to take care of a Stay credit and a Change to a Reservation
Wow, things are going downhill fast with Marriott Customer Service.
Losing amenties right and left and apparently they are cutting staff in Reservations and Marriott Reward as well. Took me 55 minutes on the phone (as a Platinum Elite) to get a name added to a reservation and get credit for a stay from last month. Not good. Anyone else experiencing long wait times recently? (this was not only due to long hold times but also a problem with poorly trained staff who had to keep talking to a supervisor about things. Finally, after I got disconnected by the computer, I called back, vented, and somehow they put me through right away to somebody that knew what they were doing.
