I'm certainly no expert on Indian cuisine; all I know is that I like the food.
As best I can describe it, it was a dish of course flour or meal that was moist enough to stick together but not enough so to be wet. Curry powder had obviously been mixed in, along with some peas. It really was something different than the potato hash that I normally see for breakfast.
