I was a long time AC customer (Toronto Based). Year after year I have watched my Elite/Super Elite benefits be reduced and further reduced. This year they destroyed what one benefit I really enjoyed (other then the Concierge) IKK. So I tried WestJet and was stunned at the difference in the flight crews. I know not every flight will be fantastic but so far I am batting 100%. A little off-topic - but I had to mention it.
