Rather OT: but once when checking in on an MFU to CW -- the check-in agent scrawled a massive "REDEMPTION BOOKING" all over my BP. I'm not sure to what end, and it hasn't happened before or since. It did irritate me slightly though -- as if she was rubbing it in that I hadn't paid full-fare or whatever (intimated from her expression, not anything that was said).
However, the service we received on the flight was completely fine, so no complaints there.
