V-Bird operates flights MST-NRN (Maastricht/Aachen in the Netherlands to Niederrhein in Germany) which is just 30 minutes by car, so the 50 miles flight (scheduled block-time is 25 minutes) is probably one of the shortest international flights.

It's operated twice a week on Sunday and Monday (NRN-MST is operated on Wednesday and Friday) and is originally a positioning flight, but they really sell tickets for it (starting at 19€ each way including taxes).
