Thanks for the information. Yes, that works. It's a screwy system. If I login to the main AS site as myself, pull up that reservation, there is no change option. But, if I login to EasyBiz, pull up the reservation, the change option is there.
The web site should be changed so if someone does the former, at least there's something saying "This reservation was made using EasyBiz. Please login to EasyBiz to make a change to it.". This would prevent dummies like me from just assuming that I could never change my reservations online. In the past, the only time I ever logged into EasyBiz was to make a new reservation since I could always view my res, make seat changes, etc. through the normal web site under my individual login.
