Personally, I think you're nuts to miss out on Barcelona on a Saturday night.

It's unfortunate that you'll just have missed out on the Fallas mega-festival in Valencia (which climaxes on the 19th March), but you could celebrate Easter early by going to Toledo for the weekend.
