Okay, I'll be play the newbie role and ask "What does DO stand for?" I saw a definition of sorts on the British Airways section of the FT wiki, saying it was any gathering of BA fans, but it gave no clue as to what the letters themselves actually stand for. Three pages of AcronymFinder.com failed to help me either....
