I had been looking for better than coach flights to Europe this summer and this "deal" seemed to good to pass up. I booked for late June on openskies to AMS from JFK via the L'Avion site, $1000 pp for Prem+ which from the reports I've read is better than Premium Economy, not quite Business class. A direct flight to AMS is a bonus.

If openskies cancels my flights folds, I'm not really interested in being rebooked on BA unless it is in Business Class (unlikely). In that case will I get a refund if they can't honor what I booked?
