On the old co.uk Hilton page there was a nice page under each hotel that listed contact info, listing the GM and other people at the hotel. The only place that you can still find the list of emails is on the Germany Hilton page..

once you get the the hotel you are staying at on the Hilton.de page, there is a link on the left side.. Kontakt
