I have never stayed in the tower since I always ask for a room on the first floor of the low-rise portion of the hotel. These rooms are recently remodeled, large, have a nice patio, cool tile floor and are quiet.

Of course, if points or stay credits are all that you are after don't forget about the Hyatt Place a half mile down the road. It is usually half the price and you don't have to pay for parking. On the other hand, if you are looking for a full-service hotel in the vicinity, the Grande (part of HHonors), which is on the same side of the street right across the bridge from the Hyatt, is quite nice and modern.
