Hmm, perhaps if you call the hotel directly, you can obtain an e-mail address. The only time I have ever "found" a hotel e-mail address was when I incorrectly selected a check-in time at the Tokyo Hilton. The staff e-mailed me a request to change my arrival time. They were very helpful and responded quickly.
