That is incorrect in both regards.
1. No one deserves hara
SSSSment treatment when the individual is neither subject to a court warrant for their arrest nor subject to a court warrant for an extraordinary search -- either the person is free to travel or they are not free to travel.
2. The people who have "ID problems" will have ID problems as a result of DHS/TSA -- Secure Flight is a government-run project not an airline project.
In other words, this kind of un-American treatment is being reserved for people who in the main don't deserve it and for people who have ID problems with the government.
