At the moment, from what you have said so far, you don't know that your uncle actually has two tickets. As far as the reservation made through Opodo is concerned, all your uncle has is the record of a debit to his credit card account. Opodo hasn't supplied him with a PNR or a ticket number, so maybe the reservation hasn't been made and/or ticketed.
