When you posted your original request for help - you knew that "your uncle" had cancelled "his" credit card, but didn't say this. To me - this was an important and cruical ommision. It gives a completely different slant to what you say happened. You have - perhaps .... (who knows) .... innocently given the impression of a "doctor, I have a friend who has ....." type note. If "your Uncle" then cancelled his credit card - "he" had a degree of confidence that he had a viable transaction. You say "he" then didn't bother calling Opodo.

Good luck with "his" problem.
