When I used OLCI for my recent MUC-FRA trip in C, I could select a window seat (2A) in a row where 2C was already occupied by a pax who looked very much like a SEN if not a HON. Hence my doubt that this feature is really implemented in shorthaul C. Or maybe OLCI simply overrides all soft blocking (IT bug).
