As someone said, if they had unlimited funds, they wouldn't fly commercial.
SQ does have a good product so off the top of my head, I'd fly westbound. On the transatlantic leg, they fly FRA-JFK.
Schedule is very important so it would be complicated to plan the absolute best schedule, route and airline.
Concorde stopped flying 6 years ago so that's a big gap.
